About the event
Melanie Laten is a local professional artist & art teacher with over 50 years of experience. She has won many awards for her dedication to the arts both locally & in Alabama.
Expect to practice the alphabet (lower and upper case) in calligraphy script and chisel point. After practices, participants will execute a beautiful card and a quote on decorative paper. Several pieces and calligraphy guides will be given to take home. All ages are welcome!
